loved playing this game and MC2(introducing night missions).
with the sky and reflections turned ON and all the bells and whistles
this game was really fun...the game itself a bit mediocre but the game engine,
the feeling of floating along over the ground and the water was very enjoyable.
this game needs a remake with a better game formula and more depth...imagine
a magic carpet game made for modern pc's with an actual good game story and
skirmish modes and stuff....is needs to happen!!!

Absolutely classic. I spent many hours playing this game. It starts to get really difficult after about 10 levels. Also a bit monotonous after that point too because the objective is always to gather enough mana to build up your castle and kill the opponent sorcerers. I can vouch that Magic Carpet 2 is also good, and has some varied objectives. Both are great games that you can't go wrong with!
